NDS rom pokemon on 3ds to pokemon bank

How would i transfer my pokemon from pokemon black to pokemon bank? i use twilight for the rom.

You can't without a real, physical copy of the game. Best you can do is use a save editor to transfer your Pokémon into a Gen 6 or 7 game, then transfer to Bank
