Hardware N2DS XL circle pad moving on it's own

Hello guys,

I bought myself a New Nintendo 2DS XL for christmas, and I've been only using it for about 5 hours in total.
Today I installed the Pokémon Rumble World and I noticed that the Pokemon automatically moved.
The circle pad also moved around when I open up the settings.
I tried to calibrate the c-pad, but it did not change anything.
After that I started Pokémon Ultra moon to see if it's any different to rumble world, and it worked just fine.
It got me a little bit confused ... Is there a chance that c pad is broken?
