my new 3ds (CFW) crashes and and do not want turn off or on for minutes

my new 3ds (CFW) crashes and and do not turn off or on for minutes and every time i turn on my console it put on the luma 3ds menu and when i want to exit the menu it can crash or it put on the 3ds menu and it crashes several minutes later and when i can play a game it crashes several minutes later too and it have sometime the blue light of death but it resolve itself and it's returning and my new 3ds is on luma 13.0.2 please help me it's very disturbing and i planed to buy a 256 gb card so i also tested 2 sd card to see if the probleme was the sd but that's not the case

i grabbed all the files in the first sd and put them in the second

but i think there are quite old because the sd card i used (4gb) to test the second sd was the original sd from the 3ds and the second is a sd(8gb for cfw) that haved been on my r4 card for a while
