Here are the MSDOS source codes, wouldn't it be possible to make a better port for the Wii or even improve DOSBOX with these codes?

I guess it depends. this is old msdos, so if you wanted to run something that requires 5.x or 6.x the source code for 4.x might not really help. but some parts of 4.x were probably still in use for 5.x and 6.x, so it could help improve some things maybe.

using code from msdos source would probably require relicensing parts of dosbox to MIT license though which might be problematic

There's nothing special about MS-DOS, there were several versions of DOS from different companies that all did the exact same thing.
