ROM Hack MHXX SAVE EDITOR

So I finally managed to get my hands on a save with all the DLC's for MHXX. However I don't understand how this Export-Import works.
I colored the character names into red and blue. Red for save with DLC and blue for target save where I want to get the DLC on.
1, I opened up the red save
2. I opened the DLC list
3. I clicked on (what I assumed as) the export button
4. It shows that a file has been created called q1010001.arc.decode
5. Loading up the blue save and trying to import the DLC does nothing
Am I doing something wrong here? Could anyone help?
Can't post the image or link it because new members restrictions. I've also tried to use the tool in the "Help with MHXX custom quest editor" thread made by NoStriker which you
can find on this forum, but that tool is not available anymore, all download links for it were gone and I couldn't manage to find a working link.
I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out with this.

Hey. Would you mind uploading the save file? I've been looking for one myself, but so far no luck.
