Mario PC Port Win Save to Wii U?

Unable to dump OTP.bin

Got this WiiU with flashing blue light. Defusing worked and I can get into minute. I dumped Seeprom, SLC.raw and SLCCMPT.raw before I did anything. Trying to dump OTP with PRSHhax fails with message: Unknown dev boot1 version: v1610612831...

Is it possible to transfer a save from my Mario 64 Plus on Windows to use on the Wii U’s SM64ex-alo?

How would I do this?
