Gaming Majora's mask freezes 3ds menu for 5 sec

I hoping that this is because I'm using the OG xl and don't have the processor speed needed to load my the menu on start up without freezing with MM in. Any other game doesn't freeze my 3ds.

try redumping and rewriting the rom. it should work on any 3ds

It's a glitch in the game card version. Apparently Nintendo patched it before it went on the eshop. However they didn't get a chance to do it before the cards got sent out. Not a big deal. I expect a patch to be released on the eshop to fix it.

There's also a glitch where the inverted song of time isn't working. The timer turns blue but it still ticks at the normal speed. Only work around is to go back to the dawn of the first day and try playing it again. Not sure what the trigger is for the broken song.
