Nah that's okay. I know how to read Japanese(Obviously, I'm translating it

), so I can just search the Japanese Item descriptions that are untranslated.

The stuff I really need to know is story dialogue that's untranslated or untranslated dialogue that happens only once.

Well what I am doing is splitting it into the routs and towns, and then have sub categories for stuff like, npcs around town, signs, gym, and such so you can just do w/e

Remove the Anti-Freeze patch as in Moving the Translated Patch?

If it's that, then you might as Well get ANOTHER clean Rom and patch it again with the desired patch you want.

--- For patching the rom ---

I used search, already have net framework 3.5, I try adding .patch to end of patch, it's a clean rom, and I searched my desktop to see if it was in another folder it wasn't NOW will you help me
Tried using another version of xDelta?
Tried uninstalling your net framework completely and re-installing it?
Tried searching in places other than the desktop?
Tried putting the GUI in the root of the c drive?
You sure it's the clean Xenophobia rom?

Reminded to me by Rascal: In addition to these suggestions, look in c:\documents and settings. That is where xDelta puts it occasionally. Search your drive for anything ending in "patched.nds", that's often where it's hiding.

We cannot help you, it's against the rules to post roms or link TO roms so the best we can do is give advice. You must help yourself, by doing the above things.

--- For fixing the Pokégear with an M3 ---

After downloading the file you should unpack the rom with dslazy, copy and paste the ARM 7 file provided into the unpacked ROM, and then repack it.

Or in more precise terms... {As posted by summer02}

1. Patch the clean soul silver ROM with Wataru's translation patch. The reason I did this was because if I swapped the arm7 files first, it is no longer clean and the patch file would only end up at 0 bytes.
2. Open dslazy and unpack the now patched soul silver ROM
3. Then copy the arm7 file that's located in the download provided. (As soon as you open the folder, you see the dslazy folder and the arm7 file. Copy that one)
4. Go into the NDS_UNPACK folder that appeared once you unpack the patched soul silver ROM and overwrite (paste) the arm7 file with the previously copied one in step 3.
5. Repack the ROM and overwrite the original patched file. (It's up to you if you want to do this step, it doesn't affect much, but could cause less mixups)
6. Put it on your M3 real and test it.

Is there anything I need to add to this?
It's the accumulation of most of the help stuff on the thread, and should help with any questions reguarding patching or the freezing problem.

Must've patched it wrong. That text is translated. The text inside his house isn't. But that text is.

I'm just posting to say I'm exceptionally thankful for your hard work, and thrilled (well at least moderately pleased) to be able to play this game in partial English prior to its European and US release date. I would also like to add that I was able to patch my game without so much as a hick-up during my first hour of play (downloaded your latest patch in the past hour).

Well see the thing is, rather concentrating on translating the old dialogue which was untranslated, I'm working on translating Ecruteak now.

Who would like it if Beta 4 was simply up to Ecruteak... Maybe Olivine?

When will you learn WataruKun... if you offer to release a new beta or a patch earlier than planned, then people will want it.
