Hacking M3 new firmware: M3Sakura preview

Those are some good advises, I was lucky not to get corrupted card, and I was playing for some time with Sakura..But, I didn't know for this "solution"..

I swear I'm not going to use my DS until Sakura is out. Not really a hard job seeing as I haven't been playing it that much anyway

Why would you do something like that..I do believe Sakura will be amazing, and great..But not SOOO unbelievable "out of this world" awsome..You just play your DS like you did until now, and when they release it, it'll be available..

BTW; Is there any news on Sakura? Could somone with Japanese reading abilities check official site? And tell us..

No, not really. Just haven't been playing DS that much, and the next thing 'out' for the DS isn't a game, but Sakura... and to put it on I need to turn on my DS anyway lol

Haha, PSP seems good..I'd like to try it..If it really can run PSOne games, it would be interesting to play that around..

Sakura is great reason to turn your DS on again..But what if some really great game comes, and you've sworn not to use it!! You'll be breaking the promise..

With real time saving, chaining in Diamond would be way too easy

But if it would appear, it would be really great.

Someone at the beginning of the thread said, that with the Sakura, M3Team has another great future - maybe it's this...

because I got the beta1 files and it can run at my G6DS, I have ask their marketing manger that sakura will only support M3DSR at the first release in Japan, then English/Chinese M3DSR, then G6, it mean they dont support G6 at the first day, but I am trying to fight for release together with G6DSR

Hints: sakura is the begin only, there are still something interesting is coming.

Sakura will be a M3 Real firmware replacement with very fast game list scrolling and excellent mp3/video capabilities. Watch some videos on youtube to see what we're all excited about.

@Knolli: It is a complete new firmware developed by M3 Team, and people who created MoonShell..If it turns out like it was in beta test version (but stable), it'll be probably one of the best firmwares of all the flashcarts (and prettiest)..It should already be released, but it was delayed, so we all expect the day it will happen..

@stefanol: Yes, but I wouldn't hope too much, until we get some strong proof..But I believe there is something big happening..just don't know what!

EDIT: That hint ahtin made, I believe it was the new cart, iTouchDS..but I could be wrong! He wrote this before iTouchDS was released..

Point is, you don't know (nobody knows) how it will look in the end..That was just the preview for people to get hyped..Maybe they'll make even better options (remember, MoonShell will be part of the skin, so there are lots of options and things to play with, if they use it well)..

But I agree, Acekard 2 has great smooth firmware..

All I really want out of Sakura is automatic game sorting in alphabetical order. Having to tap "Name" twice every time is really annoying.

use a tool called "drivesort" on your micro sd and you dont have to tap that button.
someone wrote a guide too, was helpfull.

I'm already pleased with the gaming and multimedia capabilities, but well, if you don't go forwards you go backwards =)

it would be great if this new system could optimize the battery usage, because with the current firmwares, m3 real is sucking battery out of my ds like hell.

I believe it can't be done with firmware updates, battery usage is a hardware thing..

Is it possible that you have a faulty Real? I'm not experiencing any over-than-normal battery usage..Is your battery old? And do you have any slot-2 carts in NDS, they are known to drain battery life even if you're not using them..
