Homebrew Luma Patch not working after update?

I updated Luma to 7.0.1 via Luma Updater, and went to play Pokemon Sun. I had a patch on my SD card for Pokemon Sun to remove outlines and after updating the outlines are back.

N3DS 11.4, A9LH Luma 7.0.1

Patch location: /luma/code_sections/0004000000164800.bin

Enable Game Patching has been checked.

Rename the .bin to code.bin and place it in luma/titles/TITLEID. Replace TITLEID with Sun's title ID.
