Homebrew LocalFriendCodeSeed_B Can UNBAN 022-2812

I'm sorry for my yet another message, but there something that be affecting someone else, besides me

I wish I could make a summary of the current situation these are my status data:

• Nintendo 3DS With Fw 11.2.0-35E
• Installed A9HL with LUMA3DS
• Status of Ban: 022-2812 on Eshop and 002-0102 on Games
• Banned with Pokemon Moon

Now, the steps from me / others made are the follows:

• Dumped SecureInfo_A from the Banned Console
  
• Dumped LocalFriendCodeSeed_B From the Unbanned console
• Downloaded nnidsave.bin From this guide
• Deleted The Two files in the Directory NTR SYSNAND with godmode9 (Friend list and the second one)

Now, the following steps I made in detail:

• With SecureInfo_A , Edited the file changing 3 numbers of the serial code
• Opened Decrypt9 And injected:

1. SecureInfo_A Edited
2. LocalFriendCodeSeed_B Unbanned
3. nnidsave.bin File Downloaded Here

After that, Rebooted the system, and i Launch a game,, Like MK7
Here i Delete the savedata (to be sure)

The result Is: Going Online, the console show me 002-0102
I Tested to go into the Eshop: The result Is: UNBANNED FROM 022-2812.

Now.. how this is possible? Whats is Wrong?
I report All The LUMA3DS Options on recovery

i no know if this manipolate at the origin the situation...
everytime i click on friend list or on miiverse the 3ds freeze...

everytime (and this not depend for the new file injected..)Since when i have installed luma i have this micro-problem

at this point, what do you think?
other suggestions? Answer whatever..

I Have to consider changing CFW to try to inject the files or a new installation of luma3DS?

I only dumped LocalFriendCodeSeed_B from an Unbanned console and inyected on my 2DS and got rid of 002-0102 but I stil have 022-2812 It doesn´t let me link my Nintendo ID again, I can play online any game again

I'm still haunted by this ban more than 6 months later and I can confirm that this method doesn't work. There is literally little no information on how to get rid of this ban
