Hacking Load PAL Luigi's Mansion on NTSC Wii?

Is there any way to get PAL Luigi's Mansion to run on my NTSC Wii? I want to play the PAL version specifically because the hidden mansion is more interesting than the NTSC and JP ones. I can run backup games and stuff through neogamma, but .. either I don't know which settings to get this to work, or it doesn't with neogamma.

Force the video setting to NTSC

To launch Luigi's Mansion PAL in my Wii NTSC-U with Neogamma (R59 b56) and custom MIOS (WiiPower's) I used to set the following options: Gamecube Mode=internal, Video Mode=Disc and Patch Video=No. Nowadays, I prefer launch this game via USB (Dios Mios or Nintendont) .

If you have a TV that can read PAL signals, it shouldn't be a problem.

If you do not, there is no possible way that I have heard of.

To test, simply boot the game and see if you see a lot of flashing black and white.

Even launching from backup discs works with latest version.
