So, in light of my fubar which I talked about here - https://gbatemp.net/threads/question-about-restoring-nand-and-updating.526161/ I indeed screwed things up and realized I soft bricked my Switch. Since I didn't want to have to jump through the hoops of using it in that state (and this was totally my fault), I bought another Switch today. The new one I bought has been patched already (it was a after June/July model) but thats fine as my other switch (which I was using as a normal switch, never modded, can get online, etc) can be modded. Transferred my saves, downloads etc from that switch to the new switch I bought today.
Now I'll be following @Canna guide (which is just fantastic) which has been updated for 6.2.0 (which the console I can mod is running) and I will be a hell of a lot more careful this time around (and will use Choidujour to update firmware when needed so I dont burn any fuses this time around).
I've still got my SX Pro so I should be able to activate it using the website activation method (I think).
Lesson learned! I'll be WAY more careful next time.
