SSSPwn is part of the chain of exploits that makes up Ninjhax.
Here's a couple of paragraphs from his
blog post about SSSPwn. I've highlighted some of the more relevant parts for your convenience.
I'd really recommend you read the
entire article so that you'll actually have a fucking clue when talking about this subject in the future.
The initial kernel exploit he used allowing him to setup his own emuNAND (which he referred to as red(irected)NAND), is the same kernel exploit that gateway and number of other people have used to gain full system access.
While I have absolutely no doubt that he (and others) have unreleased kernel exploits, SSSPwn isn't one of them.
