Gaming Lance doesnt appear in Lake of Rage

Have you checked Goldernrod city for team rocket? If I recall, I remember being stuck at the same part before I visited Goldenrod city and defeated team rocket.

That happens after you beat them at their base after lake of rage iirc.

yeah, that happens once u defeated their base in that little shop, and after u defeated the 7th gym

upload your save file somewhere. ill download it and play it using your save and i will

a - see if he appears
b - if he does appear ill save right next to him for you to re-try
c - (if b fails) trigger the next scene for you without playing any fights or gyms so you can carry on yourself as normal

prof elm is talking about how long it takes for a egg to hatch, that it depends on which pokemon

He wants you to hatch the mysterious egg. He'll say something else once the egg has hatched.

When I originally played that game, I had the egg hatched by then, and he stopped giving me the "The time it takes for eggs to hatch..." speech.

If the egg is hatched already, then I don't know.

well... the problem is, that i already got the Red scale.
And that is one of the triggers on Lance.
the triggers are the Red Scale, and his defeat.
But...
They need to be triggered at the exact same time...

I used some cheats, like all pokeballs and all seals(no else)
maybe that triggered it early on the game...

starting another new game, this time HG

The fact that you hacked is probably the main reason that it happened. If you're gonna hack to "save your time" *cough*, don't waste ours.

if you want to get through mahogany without lance just use action replay cheat for walk through walls and walk straight throught the guy blocking pryce's gym and battle pryce then walk around the guy blocking your way to the next town over and completely ignore team rocket
