Gaming Key mapping in ds?

Hi,
Are there any key mapping features (or any key mapper software out there) for the DS?
Ok, my scenario is that I want to use x y buttons instead of L R buttons to play KOF, I think using L&R kinda sucks.

Oh, I use Supercard minisd to play my gba titles.
