Hmm...that "already" is out of place. And 'prepped'...maybe it's me, but it kinda sounds as if they would be near-finished (could be because I hear it pretty much exclusively in 'prepare for shipping' terms). However, the add indicates that they're making preparations to actually make the game. And that doesn't strike me as odd. Rather on the contrary: with the development of a game taking much time, you can't really expect companies to wait until the former installment of a franchise is out the door before even starting to work on a sequel.
