JP Bravely Second costume how to get (translation)

I'm using Citra to play the Japanese version of Bravely Second.
So I saw that there was a code to get a costume (Bravo Bunny, etc.) that was no longer available, and I was looking for it, but I couldn't find it.
If you don't mind, can you tell me where I can find instructions on how to do it, or how to do it?

I believe you have to be in pretty late in the game to buy the costume, unless you use the modified version of the game that allow you to buy in early game.

unlike bd1, all costumes can be bought in the game
