Hacking Issue on N3DSXL with SD

I was just playing MH4U and Samus returns when i powered down my N3DSXL, i powered it up later only to find this message any time i attempted to open any non DS apps, does anyone know how to fix this?

Check that the SD is not damaged

Make sure your SD card is still formatted correctly. This has happened to me where it automatically formats for some reason. I don't really know why but just be sure that it is formatted to FAT32!
