I think with PSNLover, you can access the PSN store but you can't actually download anything.
This includes free DLC or DLC you actually purchased.
It'll give you some kind of error.
You'll have to download the content on your PS3, then copy it over to your PSP.

Well, let's just put it this way: I don't think PSNlover will work with SNEA tomorrow (april first is the first day of SNEA instead of PSN right?) so a new app will probly have to be made.
Why do people continue to say that PSN stops existing tomorrow? All that's happening, basically, is that SCEA is transferring control of PSN and other internet or network properties to their new Networking division. The only 'major' change is a new ToS; unless they're going to do some major infrastructure overhaul within the next day or so (and if they were, we'd've heard about it by now), PSNLover won't stop working, although I wouldn't try accepting the new ToS through my modded PSP, if such a thing were actually possible in the first place.
Is PSPLover compatible with PSPGo CFW 6.35 Pro-B? And along with that can I get online via Wi-Fi on God Eater Burst?
