Homebrew Is there a way to rip a wii game off the disc so i dont have to insert the disk anymore?

I use the vwii to play mario bros wii and im tired of using the disk drive to play it so im wondering if you can?

Yes, install it to usb as an inject from the wii u menu is but one option. Bear in mind no matter what method you use it cannot be played with gamepad.

I believe usb loader gx can load wii games from sd card in wbfs format...... Its been a while since i used it tho but I'm sure it can.

Apologies.... Usb loader gx may be the only one that cannot do that but either Wiiflow or Configurable USB loader can.

wiiflow should be able to. afaik, use loader can only load cube, maybe wiiware as well, games from sd card. that issue still hasn't been fixed, so use wiiflow if you can.

that I do not know. you'd want one that's compatible with ustealth probably, which would likely be the latest. I don't use wiiflow though. I use usb loader gx.

I did test wiiflow for @Alexander1970 , and my games loaded up. I got that version from modmii by (@XFlak ) iirc.

nm, it doesn't matter, I forgot you weren't using usb at all.
