Is it possible to restore sysNAND with redNAND?

hi

in some days ago, I bricked my Wii U sysNAND for stupid reasons.

reasons:
replacing system files without nand backup

replaced files:
wii u menu, home button menu

now sysNAND showing 160-0103 error.
but I can access to redNAND/hbl/vWii.

so I have question.

Is it possible to restore sysNAND with redNAND?

Wii U Black 32GB with MK8
5.5.5J with Tiramisu

redNAND (fw.img/sysconfigtool installed)

You can extract rednand with sdio, then use nand fixer on slc if you messed with anything there. I think you messed up the mlc based on what you describe. You should be able to fix it with ftp, but you don't have to use rednand, not directly anyway. Btw, the mlc doesn't need to be fixed, so you can extract files wfs extract. However, what I'd recommend is jnustool. You can download and decrypt the mlc titles, provided you have the title id. You can get that on wiiubrew, a website. You don't need a title key, since they're part of the os.
