Just remember when you set it up that WBFS is obsolete and there is absolutely no advantage in even considering it.
Id pick either fat32 or NTFS and use the drive as one partition...
...As a good rule of thumb, ONE drive, ONE partition.

You can use Wii Backup Manager to transfer everything from WBFS to FAT32/NTFS and never have to mess with WBFS again
