Hacking install usa region cia on eur emunand

so,what if someone install a different region game on emunand?in my case its a usa on eur emunand.i tried converting it with 3ds to cia simple converter to make it region free ,but i think it didnt work.how do i know?well when i installed it,the present showed up on the menu,but when i opened it it had only the low screen image.for some reason the music and manual work fine,but when i open the game it comes with an error.so,did i do something wrong while converting it or something...?if you know a guide i can follow or posting it here on how to make a game region free,please inform me!

I have a EU 3ds and i just install jap and us on emu with cia and they works with no problems

rx pasta is for Sysnand do not install CIA's to sysnand, setup Emunand before you brick your 3DS messing with stuff you probably dont understand.

I am using emunand.i just prefer to use rxpasta because it patches signatures
