Homebrew Import friends to New 3ds from old 3DS?

Does anyone know how to import friends list, streetpass mii plaza, and mii plaza to another 3ds using this? Just restoring a backup from the old 3ds with JKSV does not seem to work. Both share an sd card atm, I just want to copy all of my really old stuff over (Mostly Mii plaza, and streeetpass) before I re-shell my old3DS for my brother's birthday. Both have a9lh +luma.

The new 3ds already has my nnid on it, my old 3ds has no id on it.

Format the N3DS, do a system transfer, sign in with the NNID again. Easy.

IDK why, but I have been under the assumption that that would delete the id like you can in NNID settings. Rip.
