Homebrew I'm Not Smart

So, long story short, I deleted my Homebrew Launcher from my main menu, as well as FBI. How do I fix this? I have CFW Fully Installed.

get an FBI 3dsx to launch using the Homebrew Launcher (use an exploit for this) and install the CIAs again.

If you still have the FBI injectable and hs.app file you should be able to inject FBI into the health and safety app, install the FBI.cia, then restore the health and safety app using hs.app in godmode9

Section V - Injecting FBI

1. Reboot holding (Start) during boot to launch the Luma3DS chainloader menu
2. Launch GodMode9 by pressing (A)
3. Navigate to [0:] SDCARD -> cias
4. Press (A) on FBI.cia to select it, then select “CIA image options…”, then select “Mount image to drive”
5. Press (A) on the .app file, then select “NCCH image options”, then select “Inject to H&S”
6. Press (A) to unlock SysNAND (lvl1) writing, then input the key combo given
7. Press (A) to continue
8. Press (Start) to reboot your device
9. If you still launch to the stock Health & Safety app and have downgraded with Gateway in the past, follow this troubleshooting guide

Section VI - Installing CIAs

1. Launch Health and Safety (which is now FBI)
2. Navigate to SD -> cias
3. Select “<current directory>”
4. Select the “Install all CIAs” option, then press (A) to confirm
5. Press (Home) to exit FBI

If you by chance went over the 300 game limit, they are still on the system, you just have to delete some of the games on the beginning of the list on the data management, The only reason i say this is because before i knew about the 300 game limit, i installed a bunch of gba vc injects on my system and when i went on my 3ds homebrew and fbi where gone, along with a bunch of other games. If this is not the case than forget what i said, it wouldn't pertain to you then.

impossible for the system to do that. it has to have you click update/OK in order to update. Don't lie to us, we know how updating works.
