Hacking if i reset my console and update from internet ?

i would like to know i have a console witch i used for jailbreaketc but i never go online
If i reset it and if the person want to go online and update it to te the latest firmaware
is it any risk of banned for him or it's safe ?

If you format and wipe the console with 5.55 REC pup, you should be safe to sell it on... however no one REALLY knows yet what logs the console saves/sends on boot.

Not necessarily. Sony may have flagged the machine as modded and may ban it later down the road if they haven't. If you plan to come sell it leave it on the firmware it's on and inform the buyer that it's been uacoed and explain the potential risks.
