Apple If I own Sonic 1 & Sonic 2 on IOS, is there any way to play it on PC?

I payed for these games on IOS, all I'm wondering is if there is a way to extract the rom so that it can be played on PC where I can play on a much bigger screen and using a physical controller.

I also payed for these games on steam as well but unfortunately they did not get the anniversary update to them.

To my knowledge, this isn't possible anymore. Early last year, Sega replaced the emulator+ROM package with an actual port that was built from scratch.

As pointed out, this isn't a simple rom+emulator package, those anniversary games are remade using Taxman's Sonic engine which made its début in Sonic CD. Best you could hope is that Sega allow Taxman and friends to do a PC release one day
