Hardware If I buy a new switch can I use my cartridge?

Are the save on the cartridge or the Switch System?
I don’t want to be banned on the new one?

The saves are on the Switch in the NAND.
You can't be banned as long as you don't turn on an internet on the Switch.

Ok Thanks. Because I did buy a Switch now how I’m only useing as normal with Nintendo.
My other is modded and that I don’t go online with.

Should I create a new account on my new switch for ban security?
I maybe have gone online one time before on my original firmware like the Nintendo eShop?
I’m on 5.1.0 on my hacked Switch in the original firmware?
So the account I’m using now is on the hacked. So for my on sake should create a new account?
Don’t want to be banned on my new one just because Nintendo thinks it is my hacked?

If you 5.1.0, you can delete the account on the Switch, but you won't be able to delete it from 6.x.
The account is not the problem.
Don't play copies Online !

So if I remove my account on my hacked switch 5.1.0?
Can I then use it on my new one?

I did try now on my hacked and I cannot remove my user or unlink my Nintendo account on it?
I did try with internet and it says I must update it?

You need to update to 6.2.0, if you want to connect to Online services.

The hacked Switch has one custom firmware and one original firmware?
Custom is Emunand 6.2.0 and my original firmware is on 5.1.0?

If I login with my Nintendo account on the new switch Nintendo may see one is hacked or ban my new switch when I login in? That’s why I want to remove my Nintendo account on my hacked so I can use it on my new switch without being afraid of a ban?
