Homebrew Idea involving Flipnote Studio

Hi, I had an idea that while there isnt a ROM for Flipnote Studio, maybe somebody can remake it so it can run via .nds on the 3ds and DS lite. I was hoping if someone made this, it could tide me over till FS3D releases. I would make it myself, but I have almost zero experience with palib and devkitARM. :/ So, if that happens or already happened, please let me know.

Problem is that Flipnote probably needs the extra RAM it gets in DSi Mode.

Not to mention that the DSi hasn't been hacked enough to make playable dumps of DSiWare titles

I meant starting from scratch and optimizing it for all DS models.

I know but I prefer Flipnote. I own both of the software, though.
