Hardware I think my 3ds died

Hello all, i was formatting my 3ds today. after it was done i turn my 3ds off and went about my business couple hours later i return now it won't turn on when i press the power button.

Did you have al9h? It won't turn on if you don't have your boot file on the SD.

what I meant by "Was it hacked" is "do you have a9hl/cfw"

no it was stock

Before you panic try to rule out a possible battery issue.
1)Take it out and hold the power for 10-20 seconds then put it in and try to turn on.
2)Charge it for a couple of hours to allow it to fully charge.
3)Test unit with another battery.

Could easily be the battery like mentioned above. Have you tried it on charge or a different battery?
