I need help

So last night my games and other apps apart from the ones that install when you first get it and the rocket robs thing. So I backed it up on google drive and then redownloade it and the same problem occured. I've tried everything, I also downloaded a game from the eshop that already had a save on my SD card but yet everything on it was gone. Please help I can't loose all my saves IDK what to do, the encryption key didn't change either

First of all, please try to select a more descriptive subject line than "I need help" in the future. What would this message board look like if everyone did that?

What exactly did you do? Did you format your card before redownloading everything? Did you test your SD card with h2testw while it is empty?
