I have yet to receive the letter they sent me with the allegations made -.- everything was done via email.

Nothing was copied from any book without the use of quotation marks.

I'm sure this is just badly worded on your part, but just to make sure, you do realize that simply surrounding text with quotation marks isn't sufficient, right?

That's the way it's written on their misconduct guidelines. Which is why I worded it that way. I know there's more to it

Personally, I wouldn't take this plagiarism accusation, and I imagine they've done this rather rotten thing to you without evidence of any sort, sitting down. If this ever does head up to a court-case, I'll be rooting for you.

I, too feel that they accused me for no reason.
As I have mentioned, I have yet to receive the "letter" they are talking about.
Wasted my time though -.-

They use software that checks every document ever submitted to the school (or possibly other schools too) so prob this happens sometime.

on a more serious note, you could probably compare your data with other classmates, check if they came up with the same set of data. Which it should since it is an experiment where in controlled environments and equipment you should get very similar data. maybe the problem comes from the analysis and writing you did, which could lead to you not citing some things how you need to which can lead to plagiarism
