I think sellers can't give buyers negative feedback, or something like that. If they scrapped negative feedback altogether, there would probably be even more scammers.

Criticism goes both ways, shouldn't be so one-sided. And yeah, if the buyer can't give negative feedback, no one will be able to warn anyone of scammers.
