I don't worry but I don't like digital download.. too much space. I prefer a physical disc for 3 things: Nice art box, manual and more space in the hard drive nor external hard drive either way.

Could be later in the month, but I'm still holding out hope that Has-Been Heroes is a launch title as well. They can have my $20 for that.

I really can't imagine any reason for the eShop to NOT be ready at system launch. It would be like disabling the cartridge slot until a later date.
