Gaming Hyrule warriors legends doesn't work

Hi, I downloaded hyrule warriors legends and the game apparently lags and when I launch the game it take a lot of time to work (ikve downloaded eur and usa version and both have the same error)

PS: Personally I suppose that the console SD card have an inadequate format (specifically, a bad/inadequated cluster size) or it's just faulty

Mine was a black screen on boot at one point, I have the switch version so I'm not stressing about it.
