I seen many rom hacks of fire red, pokemon X/Y and etc and I want to start by making a gba rom hack because it seems to be easier not being reliant on 3d models so, How can I go on doing this?? links to any programs, tutorials or help from you would make my evening...

    At one point PC game pads where poorly supported, loading a game had setup, it was complicated. Now it's almost as easy as a console.
