Those methods won't work anymore anyway. If you want to use the eshop on a 9.2 sysnand you need :
- A cia manager installed on your sysnand : https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-inject-any-app-into-health-safety-o3ds-n3ds-cfw-only.402236/
- The latest nver (download it with 3DNUS) installed on your sysnand :
U

Version: 448
E
Title ID: 000400DB20016102
Version: 448
J
Title ID: 000400DB20016202
Version: 448
- Then use the eshop through the HBL

Hm... OK thanks for the heads up. Where do I download the NVER, can I just do it on emuNAND [scared about installing stuff on sysNAND] and if not, can I uninstall it when I'm done? [again, scared about sysNAND.]

You can't do it on emunand, but yes you can reinstall the nver and the H&S app of your original.

But what you can do (but only if your nands are still linked) is to download your stuff on your emunand then transfer your ticket.db from your emunand to your sysnand.

is replacing nver still working for everyone? I know it did work for me before 10.5 came out but now it's erroring out again when I'm trying to access eshop via hbl.

I thought there was a newer nver but I just checked the titles list and 448 is still the newest.

Exactly, why no 9.2 or bellow version support? That in my opinion is a big Con of this app.
Probably because 9.2 or below have emuNAND and the option to install CIAs. It's a waste of time and resources to get it working.

I can understand the 4.5 sysNAND ("if it ain't broke, don't fix it" so he may still be using MSET since it works) but indeed, the 9.2 emuNAND doesn't make sense. The goal of the emuNAND is (was) to access the latest firmware on a console that is still hackable...
