something annoying as hell you will have to deal with is the fact that PocketNES and other emulators that use the base engine that PocketNES does (Goomba, SMSAdvance, other stuff) you will have to patch your ROM so that saving will work properly:

You have to keep all ROMs below or at 16MB, as flashing it to NOR doesn't work as PocketNES won't get past the GBA Bios screen. Unless anyone knows how to bypass the GBA bios when loading a NOR loaded ROM, you'll have to load normally via the SD card which can only load up to 16MB.
