Homebrew How to convert saves from GC MC to use in Nintendont Emulated MC?

Hi everyone.

I wish to backup all my original saves from my GC Memory Card and convert them to Nintendont format, so i can use them without the MC, and will have more space available.
I own a soft-modded Nintendo Wii, with homebrew. Wich apps do I need and how to convert the backuped saves to a emulated MC to use in Nintendont?
I Gonna set one MC to each game (the INDIVIDUALoption in USB Loader GX settings about Memory Card Emulation of Nintendont), it's the safe move. Anyone can help me with that? Much appreciate.
