Homebrew how to backup dsi NAND, CID, and ConsoleID?

How do I backup?
in addition I would like to know if my folders are correct (folder referring to the game Mario Clock, but I have many other games downloaded as well)
I'm using the procedure of

About your folders, I think they are correct. The only thing that seems to be missing is the public.sav thingy in the data folder, but I don't think that seems to be a problem.

the .tik and .tmd files have to be inside one of the folders?
