Android how do u uninstall fifa 10?

Im trying to uninstall fifa on my xperia play. I've tried uninstalling it using astro and I also tried uninstalling it using the settings but I couldn't find FIFA. Anyone one why?

Edit= I found FIFA 10 on my settings although when I click on it, I can't find the uninstall method. Why is this?

You have to root your device and then uninstall the game with the Titanium Backup app.

Why does the phone have to be rooted just to uninstall fifa? I've uninstalled several apps quite easily...

Because some manufacturers/carriers think it is nice of them to force apps on you regardless of whether you want them or not, and to try and stop you getting rid of them. Apps you install yourself can always be removed easily, and maybe some preinstalled ones, but there are usually a few nobody really wants but that you need to root to get rid of.
