Homebrew How can I extract a banner from a VC CIA?

I've seen a lot of Custom VirtualConsole CIA's whose banners' font are not similar to the original one, so I decided to do my own CIA's extracting the banners from an eShop CIA and then editing the banner.
Is this posible? Which tools do I have to use?
