Homebrew How can I access Homebrew on 2.1.0-4U firmware?

I downgraded with Fasthax but now I can get into homebrew launcher. I need Homebrew in order to setup arm9. So does anyone know how to get into Homebrew on this Firmware? I also previously had soundhax and I own a copy of Cubic Ninja.

You don't need homebrew. Just go to the link in order to set up arm9lh. It must be in the guide you are following.
