Homebrew Homemenuhax doesn't work anymore after changing theme

hello,
I'm using homemenu hax to access the homebrew launcher with a new 3ds xl working on 10.5.0-30E
Everything worked fine but yesterday i accidentally changed the default theme directly on the 3ds menu and now when iI push down the "l" button the homebrew launcher doesn't appear anymore. I also have oot hax and when i tried it it didn't load either (worked fine before i changed the theme), just saying a message "the ropbin is ready" and back to the home menu.
Should i reinstall everything again or is there a simple solution?

(I obviously tried putting back the default theme but it didn't work)

Reinstall.

You can't change the theme directly, it will overwrite Menuhax (it's a payload inside a theme). Instead use a homebrew app like CHMM2, it has an option to keep Menuhax

Yes I know, thats why changing the theme was accidental; what i don't get is why oothax isn't working anymore as well?
and to reinstall with a 10.5 what would be the simplest way?

I guess that you could use something like Browserhax if you have a N3DS. I don't know about O3DS though since i think that was patched in 10.5

Is your payload updated in ocarina of time hax? Maybe thats why it doesnt work.

Actually browserhax works on o3DS all the way TO 10.5... meaning it got patched in 10.6.
So if hes 10.5, o3DS or n3DS should both be browserhax compatible.

Wait... ON 10.6? Ive yet to see that for browserhax. The website says 10.6 for both still.

any ideas?

sorry didn't see this step (i think it's kinda new) i'll try and let you know

1. Goto System Settings. Then change the datetime to January 1, 2000, 00:00.
2. Use the browser 'Initialize savedata' option, before any page gets loaded triggering the browser-version message.
3. Continue to use browserhax as normal.
4. Note that you must not press the HOME button to return from the browser normally, otherwise you will have to reinitialize the savedata again. Once the datetime reaches January 2, you will have to repeat these steps if you want to continue using this bypass.

Downgrade to 9.2 is still possible on 10.5 iirc.
