There is a Palm application where it downloads certain websites onto your device and lets you read them even when your not connected. I'm wondering if this can be implemented into an existing browser. Thanks!

You mean like an HTML reader? Because I think the M3 and someother stuff already has that.
The program you are thinking of it AvantGo. I THINK.
