Hacking homebrew app store keeps freezing plz help and other questions

It would load fine but as I click on "all apps" I get a black screen (it was working find before but then sd got erased and since I redownloaded everything and try to use it it locks up)
Also in vWii is it safe to use savegame manager gx? wanted to transfers saves from my original wii...
