Hey I just recently signed up here and im not sure if I could post these questions here but if I can plaese can someone answer them =]

My wii is 3.3U

What can I do to get the wii shop channel update without updating?
I have downloaded a game and burned it onto a disc (It is a backup of a game i broke : /) What should I use to run the disc (I have the homebrew channel)
