Gaming Help with Wii Console

I am helping out some refugees in my village and lately they got a Wii console.
We put the console on englisch cause there are just 6 languages (Its a PAL Wii).

Now my question:
Are there more language packs at the Japanese or American Wii?
And if yes can i patch them via Homebrew?
That would make all alot easier.

You can try to modify your wii's region (there are tutorials around the internet, homebrew required) but I'm not exactly sure that will help your case - are the languages that are pre-installed on the console any that you speak, perhaps?
