Hacking Help with nintendont.

I have an issue with nintendont.
I have it set up and updated. However I often get an error, usually between 1-5 minutes, which states "an error has occurred, please press the power button and check your Nintendo GameCube manual" or something along those lines.
I use USB loader gx to launch the games. And through usb loader gx I have wii games working fine, no issues.
My hard drive is fat 32 with 32k clusters, as recommended for usb loader gx.

Has anyone experienced this, does anyone have a suggestion to remedy this issue?

I believe this is caused when your hard drive is too slow

Should I have used 64k clusters?? Will 64k clusters work fine with USB loader gx?

Or would I just need a different hdd?
Any thoughts anyone?
